1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Blofin Trading Bot service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Blofin Trading Bot provides automated cryptocurrency trading execution through the BloFin exchange API. The Service includes:
- Automated trade signal execution based on configured strategies
- Position monitoring and management dashboard
- Profit and loss tracking and reporting
- API key management for BloFin exchange connectivity
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. API Keys & Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your BloFin API keys. We encrypt all API credentials at rest using industry-standard encryption. Never share your API keys with anyone.
- API keys are stored using AES encryption and are never exposed in plaintext
- You must configure appropriate IP whitelisting on BloFin for your keys
- We recommend using sub-accounts with trading-only permissions
5. Trading Risks
IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you could lose some or all of your invested capital.
- The Service executes trades based on signals and configured parameters — it does not provide financial advice
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the funds in your BloFin account
- Market conditions, exchange downtime, or technical issues may affect trade execution
- Leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and losses
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including exchange API outages.
7. Subscription & Payments
- Access to the Service requires an active subscription
- Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Share your account access with unauthorized users
- Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Overload the Service with excessive API requests
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blofin Trading Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings panel in your dashboard.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
